Branch Meeting Rooms
Each branch of the Toledo-Lucas County Public Library is home to a public meeting room that is available free of charge. These rooms, in fulfillment of our mission are available for educational, instructional, or civic programs when library programs are not scheduled. Private parties are not permitted. The library does not necessarily endorse the purposes, policies, products, or claims of those who use its meeting rooms. Scheduled meetings may be superseded by library-sponsored activities.
Branch Meeting Room Reservation Policy
Main Library
Serving as a true community gathering point, Main Library offers a wide variety of spaces for professional, business or social gathering. From high-tech, professional seminars to elegant, black-tie soirees, events at Main Library are unlike any other in Northwest Ohio. A number of public spaces are available to rent while the Library is open or for use “after hours” when the Library is closed. Weddings and wedding receptions are not permitted at Main Library.

Conference Meeting Rooms
Designed to accommodate small groups of up to eight people for short periods of time, four glass-enclosed meeting rooms look over Madison Avenue and Adams Street. The McMaster Family Center for Lifelong Learning
This state-of-the-art facility is ideal for business, professional and culturally rich presentations. Equipped with a 24-foot screen and featuring top-of-the-line audio, video, cable, satellite and Internet resources, the McMaster Family Center is
is one of the most technically advanced facilities in Northwest Ohio .

The Lobby of the McMaster Family Center for Lifelong Learning
Located adjacent to the McMaster Family Center, the McMaster Lobby offers a magnificent atrium setting that overlooks the Wintergarden and the beautifully landscaped Civic Plaza. The Lobby is ideal for elegant social events, holiday parties or business receptions.

Huntington Meeting Room
Perfect for seminars, presentations, workshops or meetings, the Huntington Meeting Room is dividable into two rooms with the latest technology, similar to the McMaster Center, but designed for smaller groups in a flexible setting. A kitchenette and restrooms are located adjacent to the meeting room, providing the ideal setting for an all-day seminar.

The Pilkington Central Court (after hours only)
The classic Central Court, with its terrazzo tile floor, vivid Vitrolite murals and illuminated ceiling creates a wonderful ambiance for memorable black-tie events.

The Wintergarden (after hours only)
The soaring glass atrium is the perfect setting for cocktails, sit-down dining or dancing. The art deco features and Dale Chihuly’s “Reeds” glass sculpture contribute to this spectacular setting.

Teleconference Capabilities
Main Library has a satellite reception dish to acquire either C-band or Ku-band video teleconference downlinks in the McMaster Center. In addition, video teleconference capabilities are available for point-to-point video conferencing in both the McMaster Center and in the Huntington Meeting Room. A set-up fee and technician fee, in addition to a facility fee, may apply. Reservations must be made at least 21 days prior to the event.
