Teen Tech Week is a national initiative sponsored by YALSA (Young Adult Library Services Association) aimed at ensuring teens are competent and ethical users of digital media, such as e-books, e-readers, databases, audiobooks and social media.

It’s also a week aimed at encouraging teens to use libraries' electronic resources for education and recreation, and to recognize that librarians are qualified, trusted professionals in the field of information technology.

Celebrate the next Teen Tech Week with us, March 4 - 10! This year’s theme is "Libraries are for Creating," and focuses on all the great digital tools offer which teens can use to create - whether it be podcasts, videos, music, games or something else!
