FREE Yoga - At the Library!

It’s back – Another edition of “At the Library!” I love this series, because it highlights the many amazing things you can do here, like getting in shape for example!

I enjoy yoga because it’s good for your body and soul. If you tend to be type A or a little high strung (like me!), it’s a wonderful practice for calming and slowing down. It also helps improve flexibility, muscle tone, and overall strength. For more on the benefits of yoga, check out 13 Benefits of Yoga That Are Supported by Science, by Healthline. Unfortunately, those who have practiced yoga in a studio know that it can get pretty expensive. So why not mark your calendar and join us for FREE yoga programs at the Library.
