The Toledo-Lucas County Public Library owns many videos and DVD’s that deal with Ohio, with topics ranging from historical to industrial, from cultural to travel.  Here are a few of interest.

Cedar Point Memories (791.068) – A nostalgic look at the history of Cedar Point, one of America’s most popular amusement parks.

Fish Ohio (799.1) – Video by the Department of Natural Resources shows the state of fishing in Ohio and the efforts to preserve Ohio’s fish.

Historic Old West End (728.37) – The homes in Toledo’s historic Old West End were built between 1875 and 1920 by some of the wealthiest business leaders.  Take a tour of these houses and see what life was like in that era.

Ohio Bicycle Guide (917.7104) – Travel the bicycle routes of Ohio and enjoy the beautiful scenery and history of Ohio.

Wheels (338.7629) – A look at Toledo’s manufacturing of bicycles, carriages, wagons and motorized vehicles, from Gendron Co. to Willys-Overland.
