Melany Gladieux

Come learn about yoga for kids with this interactive Open Book! Melany is a yoga instructor and author of Give Your Breath a Color: A Children's Yoga Book.

Melany completed her yoga teacher training in 2014. Since then, she has been working on achieving her 500 hour certification. Melany is also trained in kids yoga and earned an AA degree in early childhood education. She is the director of Kids Yoga Toledo and combined her training in yoga and college education to lead kids yoga teacher trainings.

Florence Williams

Author of The Nature Fix and co-presented with Metroparks Toledo.

Florence Williams is a journalist and contributing editor to Outside magazine. Her work has appeared in the New York Times, the New York Times Magazine, and National Geographic among others. Her first book, Breasts: A Natural and Unnatural History, was a New York Times Notable Book of 2012 and the winner of the Los Angeles Times Book Prize in Science and Technology. Williams lives in Washington, DC.
