MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Customer Service:
-
High school diploma or GED;
-
1 year in-person customer service experience- retail, banking and restaurant settings are best;
-
35 wpm keyboarding.
Librarian:
-
Bachelor’s degree;
-
customer service experience;
-
strong technology skills.
