Library looks to the future
The Toledo-Lucas County Public Library Board of Trustees has adopted a Strategic Plan that will serve as a roadmap for the next few years. The following is a list of service responses that were adopted:

• Create Young Readers – Early literacy programs
• Stimulate Imagination (ages 6-12, teens and adults)  – Reading, viewing and listening for pleasure
• Connect to the Online World – Public Internet access
