How do I sign up for text message (SMS) notification?

Note: This service is not available to Juvenile accounts. Each mobile phone number can only be used for one account. 

TO OPT IN, go to:  https://catalog.toledolibrary.org/patroninfo
 

• Log in using your barcode and PIN.


• Select the Modify Patron Info button on the right.

• Enter your mobile number in the appropriate field and check the OPT-IN check box, and click the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the page.

• After you submit the page, your opt-in status will be set to pending until you complete the process.

• You will then receive the opt-in confirmation message.  Reply to this text message with YES.  You will get a message indicating if your subscription was successful.

• You can also check the opt-in status in your patron record.

 

TO OPT OUT

There are 2 ways to opt-out:

1) Text STOP to 35143  OR
2) go to:  https://catalog.toledolibrary.org/patroninfo

• Select the Modify Patron Info button on the right.

 

•  Remove your mobile phone number and UNCHECK the OPT IN check box.
