Federal, State and City Tax Information

During tax season (January-April), the Toledo-Lucas County Public Library carries many basic Federal and Ohio State Income Tax forms and publications for distribution. Librarians will assist patrons with finding current, prior year, or forms from other states; they do not provide advice on specific tax questions.

Forms not distributed at the libraries may be printed from the Internet for a fee of $.10 per page, using your library debit card.
