Isaac Asimov, known as one of the “Big Three” science fiction writers of the 20th century, was born on January 2, 1920 – 101 years ago! Asimov wrote an estimated 500 works of science fiction, fantasy, mystery, and nonfiction during his lifetime.
Asimov famously said, “I write for the same reason I breathe – because if I didn’t, I would die.”
