I West ToledoPublic libraries are one of the great equalizers in our society. Anyone can come in, find a book they're interested in, and read it at no cost. The West Toledo Branch is a gem within the Toledo Lucas County Public Library system. Built by the WPA during the great depression, it is a beautiful piece of architecture, as well as a community hub. Even our neighborhood is named for it, the Library Village. Our neighborhood would not be the same without it!
