Library Love

I Sanger

I wanted to tell you how important the Library has been to my family this past year. My 94-year-old mother was an avid reader. When she lost her sight to macular degeneration early this year, audiobooks were a great joy to her in the last months of her life. My son and his family's membership has reached to New Zealand and allowed his children to access great American literature not easily found in a foreign country. My 13-year-old grandson is currently reading To Kill a Mockingbird, a uniquely American novel. I feel immensely grateful that the Library has allowed us to come home, to reach out, and to connect with each other through the question, "What are you reading?" Thank you so much!
