10 End Times Titles to Prepare for The Last of Us on HBO

The Last of Us is debuting on HBO and if you like your end of humanity tales with a twist of complicated morality, this might be the show for you. Based on Naughty Dog’s original video game for PlayStation, the TV adaptation appears to be a faithful retelling of Ellie and Joel, an unlikely pair, traversing the United States in the face of a fungal pandemic. If you’re amped for the show and don’t mind reliving aspects of the most recent real-life pandemic (or in some cases, just like a good story about an improbable journey), here are some titles to get you ready for The Last of Us.
