ANNUAL COMPREHENSIVE FINANCIAL REPORT
The Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA) awarded a Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting to our Library system for 26 consecutive years. In order to be awarded a Certificate of Achievement, a governmental unit must publish an easily readable and efficiently organized Annual Comprehensive Financial Report conforming to program standards. Such a report must also satisfy both general accounting principles and applicable legal requirements.
