Toledo and Jeep have a special connection. Since its founding during World War II, Jeep has had a significant contribution towards the lives of Toledoans and our community as a whole. Toledoans love Jeep and the annual festival, JeepFest, makes that very clear. JeepFest celebrates the automobile manufacturer, bringing lovers of the car from across the globe and celebrating the company’s history within our community. It is nearly impossible to imagine Toledo without Jeep.

To celebrate the ninth annual Toledo JeepFest this weekend (Aug. 1-3, 2025), the Toledo Library has gathered a small sample of the images of Jeep and its iconic designs throughout the decades from the Local History collection. Be sure to stop by our table at the Vendor Midway and say hi! We look forward to seeing you.
