We are thrilled to welcome author Julian Winters to Toledo Library’s Romance-Con happening Saturday, November 7, 2026 from 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. at Main Library. Julian Winters is the bestselling, award winning author of romance books for teens and adults. His book Last First Kiss is a USA Today bestseller. A self-proclaimed comic book geek, Julian currently lives outside of Atlanta where he can be found swooning over rom-coms or watching the only two sports he can follow—volleyball and soccer.
