10 Exercise Books for People Who Hate to Exercise

Do you hate to exercise? Sure! We all do! But we also like to be able to move without crying from pain. Here are some great books featuring ways to start out on the path to feeling better. It’s basically exercise for people who are too lazy and/or cheap to do very much but need to get moving (me in a nutshell!).
