10 Titles for Navigating Young Grief

In recognition of National Grief Awareness Day on August 30th, we’ve gathered a selection of titles to help parents and youth to navigate the feeling of grief. These feelings aren’t always correlated to a loss of a loved one but can be associated with lots of dramatic changes that make it feel as though you’re losing people in your life. These big life events may be exciting to adults, but it’s easy to forget that something as small as moving to a new school with new people in it can trigger feelings of grief for children. To them, who will likely never see their old classmates again, the emotional response can be the same.
