The Toledo Library is thrilled to welcome featured authors Susan Lee, C.M. Nascosta, Nikki Payne, and Chip Pons to the second annual Romance-Con happening (Sa) Nov. 8 from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Main Library.
