Neighbor to Neighbor Toledo is a 2024 election-year community peace initiative all about love.  Loving your neighbor and yourself, and even those who vote differently than you. In an era of political violence and intense rhetoric, we can probably all stand to build relationships with our neighbors.

With election day behind us, now is a good time to remind yourself that we’re all neighbors, and to some extent, we all need to find a way to get along. The following books can help with that.

If you’re ready to take some time to talk and reflect with your fellow neighbor, be sure to head to Glass City Metropark Enrichment Center on Sunday, November 17 from 4 – 7 p.m. for the “We Are Still Neighbors” event for a gathering of healing, fellowship, humanity, and friendship.
