National Stress Awareness Day was on Tuesday, November 2. Stress is a very real issue for many people of all ages and when ignored can have long lasting mental and physical affects. One proven way to manage the effects of stress is through self-care. Self-care includes everything from eating well and exercising, to spending time with friends, and laughing regularly.
