March is National Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Month. Adults, teens, and children with intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD) can use stories as a way to foster communication, work on emotional regulation, and understand social situations. These fiction and non-fiction titles both bring joy and help work on these skills.
