Boost Your Resilience

Stress, failure, and trauma are integral components of the human condition. Luckily, we were all born equipped with the necessary strength to overcome those hardships. Resilience is our astounding ability to “bounce back” after experiencing any emotional blow. According to psychologists, this skill comes naturally for some, while others find recovering from stressors a little more challenging. This past year, for many of us, has been a consistent flux of adaptations. All of us are flexing our resilience muscle while we assimilate to the “new normal.” It is easy to feel discouraged during these uncertain times; but I have compiled a selection of books all about how to maintain positivity, reduce overwhelm, and to face adversity with a challenge-based mindset.
