TLCPL welcomes author Susan Lee to Romance-Con at Main Library. Susan Lee is a USA Today bestselling author who loves writing Happily Ever Afters for those who aren’t always represented in the romance genre. These aren’t just love stories (and believe me, they’re really good love stories), they’re also acts of resistance to show the world that everyone deserves their own HEA. After leaving her job as an HR executive to become a romance author, Susan Lee’s work has now been featured in Buzzfeed, NPR, People Magazine, and Pop Sugar. Read all of Susan Lee’s YA and adult romantic comedies now!

Susan Lee and over 60 additional authors will be featured at Toledo Library’s Romance-Con on November 7, 2026.

Book Jacket: Seoulmates

seoulmates by Susan Lee

A friends-to-lovers romance that gives you all of the giggles and swoon-worthy moments of a kdrama (think Our Beloved Summer vibes). Hannah Cho is a Korean-American who, for years, has been ignoring the Korean half of her self. As her friends delve into the world of kpop and kdramas, they leave her behind. Suddenly, Hannah is alone in San Diego when her former best friend (and kdrama star, btw) returns to the States. Jacob Kim is on break from work when he sees Hannah and can't help but wonder what went wrong between the two of them.

We've got ourselves a classic case of mistaken identity, folks! Jessica, on the other hand, is surprised by Haneul's generosity when she is sat first class. As the two continue to intern at Haneul, they discover that they both share the same Korean name, Lee Yoo-Jin.

Book Jacket: The Romance Rivalry

the romance rivalry by Susan Lee

College is supposed to be the start of your adult life. Time to build the adult version of yourself. All Irene needs is new hair, new clothes, great friends (okay maybe just one), plenty of time to work on her romance book reviews (who needs class?), and the love of life.... that she hasn't met yet (don't worry, there's a plan). How hard could it be? Well, it probably got a lot harder once Irene realized she had to share a semester long project with your arch-nemesis and romance review rival, Aiden Jeon.

Book Jacket: See You at the Sunset

see you at the sunset by Susan Lee

So what are the odds that the man you have a one-night stand with will fire you from your job the next day, and then you'll run into him a few months afterwards while helping your beloved grandmother move into a Senior Living Community in Palm Springs? For Jia Chung, the odds are 100%.
