Want to leave 2020 in the dust? Set an intention this new year to declutter! A home or workspace in disarray can cause added stress and anxiety that chips away at our mental health. Gretchen Rubin, author of Outer Order, Inner Calm: Declutter and Organize to Make More Room for Happiness, says, “Remember, the reason to clear clutter is because, somehow, that clutter is diminishing your happiness. If you don’t care, don’t bother.”
We’re not all plagued by the “clutter bug,” but if you’re also fighting that never-ending battle with disorganization, I have compiled a list of resources to inspire you to vanquish untidiness for good.
