Partnering with the Library

BETTER TOGETHER

The Library shares your passion for improving our community. With our 20 locations, vast informational resources, and diverse customer base, we can often work with other community organizations to maximize our collective impact.

WE CAN HELP IN THREE WAYS:
Good neighbor: Request a room or distribute materials.
Collaborate: Propose a performance or program in our spaces.
Partner: Propose a new initiative that helps the community.

LET'S GET STARTED Simply complete one of the forms below that best matches your request. We will follow up with you promptly!

1) LET US BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR
Request use of our space.

Request free, self-serve community room space
Self-serve means you may move furniture, but you will need to return room to original set-up. Technology support may be available.

Request use of outdoor space for your event

Request fee-based or rental space
(McMaster Auditorium, Large Glass Meeting Room, etc.)

Hold a press conference at the Library

Share my materials at Library locations

2) COLLABORATE WITH US:
Do you have a one-time event or program/s where the Library can assist in some way?

Propose a performance or program in our spaces.

Propose a local Author visit.

Request Library sponsorship for your event (not at a Library location).

Request the Library table at your event.

Propose a Gallery exhibit.

3) PARTNER WITH US:
Are you ready for a working partnership? If you have an initiative for us to consider that is directly aligned with the Library’s strategic priorities, we can explore a partnership with a defined MOU (memorandum of understanding) that defines the shared lift needed to accomplish big things.
