Book Recs Based on Your Halloween Costume – Adult Edition

Man, this was a hard one to narrow down! There are the traditional costumes like clowns, superheroes, witches, etc., and then there are the pop-culture based ideas like celebrities, movie characters, and so on, and finally just the weirdly creative “what do I have in the closet that doesn’t require too much explanation” ideas, like librarian-spy! Or librarian-pirate! I could be a bit biased on those ideas, but hey, you do you. Here are some reading ideas on themes or with characters that make for great costume ideas.
