5 Books to Help You Embrace Meditation and Mindfulness

Both meditation and mindfulness have proven to be tremendously helpful to one’s personal wellness with benefits including reducing stress, helping with focus and memory, and much more. The moderators of our Wellness Book Club selected five books they recommend for those interested in starting or learning more about these practices. The Library will also be hosting Introduction to Mindfulness and Lunchtime Meditation classes.
