The Library has a page built around what we call eMedia, which is digital or electronic content that can be downloaded, streamed, or viewed in your browser. You’ll find a ton of free entertainment options on our eMedia page, which allows you to filter by eBooks, eAudiobooks, music, videos, and eMagazines. We also have a page that houses all of our content provider’s Apps: Overdrive, hoopla, etc. We’re hoping to combine these pages before 2018.

So, let’s talk about hoopla

With their diverse collection of electronic media in multiple formats (eBooks, eAudiobooks, comics, music, movies and television) … kids, teens, and adults are sure to find something of interest. And recently, they made several deals bringing in thousands of new titles, including eBooks from HarperCollins, comics from Titan Comics, and an assortment of content from Disney.

As books are made into movies or movies are made into books, there’s an adapted to film page for audiobooks I like to check out.

hoopla help

Not sure how to get started with hoopla? The Library has helpful guides that will walk you through the process, so you’ll be able to download or stream content in no time.

What about general eMedia help?

Of course you can always explore our help page for eMedia or stop in to any of our locations for assistance. If you think it will take more than a few quick steps, you might want to call ahead and schedule an appointment so we can set aside enough time to dedicate to you.
